Popular Food Items

One of the popular appetizer item at InRamen is Pork Belly Bao Bun. The pork belly is succulent, soft as well as juicy after one bite. It is slow cooked to perfection. The bao bun is delicious, soft, rice flour bun.

The other popular item is chicken kara-age Japanese fried chicken, it is a boneless and skinless, different from tempura. It is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

For the vegetarian, the popular appetizer is roasted mushroom BaoBun. The roasted mushroom is stuffed inside the fluffy bao bun.

The chef preparing the food is entertaining to watch since it is done in an open kitchen. There is a level of pride and love as the chef hand pulled each noodle strand. Also the broth is creamy and flavorful, most of all comforting. Also they have a vegetarian option made from Shiitake broth.

The popular signature hand crafted ramen is the Beef Short – Rib Ramen. It is hand crafted ramen with 8 hour Asian braised bone in Angus beef short rib, bok choy, micro green and tempura enoki.

For the vegetarian, there is a Mushroom Ramen. Inside the ramen bowl is roasted assorted mushroom (shiitake, oyster mushroom, creamy mushroom, Portobello, enoki) with herb, garlic, extra virgin olive oil in Shiitake broth.

Pair the ramen with a local craft beer. Try out the cold beer of Funky Buddha Floridian or Wynwood Brewing La Rubia made locally here in South Florida.

Visit InRamen at 5829 SW 73rd St #5B, South Miami, FL 33143. The second location will be open soon at Dania Pointe, Florida.
